COLLECTION TEAM OFFICER

Responsibilities:
•	The incumbent will assist in controlling the debt portfolio by monitoring and evaluating the field collection team.

Requirements:
•	Must possess a minimum of SPM Grade 2.
•	Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in debt collection and management functions.
•	Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both Bahasa Malaysia and English Language.
•	Must be dynamic, confident, mature, self-motivated and result driven.
•	Must have strong, persuasive interpersonal skills and be a team player.
•	Must be numerate.

FIELD INSPECTION OFFICER
(Nationwide)

Responsibilities:
•	Work with Credit Approval Manager / Assistant Credit Approval Manager / Manager, Reviewer and Documentation / Credit Approval Executive to ensure that the credit processing functions are managed effectively and efficiently, by facilitating timely and accurate credit field checking in accordance to company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
•	To conduct proper and timely field checking / verification of customer’s details in accordance to Company's guidelines especially on Customer’s Residential Address, Employment and Delivery Address.
•	To ensure proper recording of the field check findings in accordance to company’s policy, procedures and guidelines including snapping photographs of the subject premises being inspected.
•	To liaise with Credit Approval Manager / Assistant Credit Approval Manager / Manager, Reviewer and Documentation / Credit Approval Executive on any negative findings and provide immediate reporting to ensure company’s interests are fully protected.

Requirements:
•	SPM Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
•	To represent the company with enthusiasm.
•	To sell merchandise.
•	To give prompt attention to every customer. To be friendly and imformative.
•	To ensure displays are kept to a high standard and that stock is clean, effectively merchandised and ticketed.
•	To ensure the sales team keep high standards of personal hygiene and appearance and wear uniform.
•	To ensure all documentation is completed accurately. To accurately record weekly sales figures/return.
•	To maintain a high level of security in order to safeguard company property and money.
•	To assist in the development of staff.

SALES ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
•	To promote the goods and services and image of Courts exclusively.
•	To sell merchandise, achieve personal sales targets and to contribute to team delivery targets.
•	To participate in all organized sales activities i.e canvassing, exhibitions etc.
•	To ensure pending sales are timely follow up for completion.
•	To ensure customer complaints are promptly attended to and timely resolved.
•	To ensure customer are well informed of the latest promotion and credit services offered by Courts.

Requirements:
•	SPM or equivalent qualifications.
•	Age : 18 - 35 years old.
•	Able to work on shift hours and during a weekend.
•	Must be computer literate.
•	Ambitious, driven and motivated.
•	Good commission pay-out.
•	The position offered is on contract / temporary basis.

CASHIER

Responsibilities:
•	To collect of cash deposits and installments made by customers.
•	To provide receipts and payment cards for monies received.
•	To perform accurate reconciliation and banking of all monies received.
•	To maintain a high standard of presentation of the cash desk and workplaces.
•	To maintain high security of company property, resources and all money paid.
•	To ensure accurate and secure cash handling procedures.
•	To provide customers with leaflets, information and promotional material as requested.

Responsibilities:
•	Conduct verification on applicant's information such as contact numbers, references details and employment status & data entry, related pay history, etc.
•	Compile and Filing after verification has been conducted on applicant's information such as contact numbers, references details and employment status & data entry, related pay history, etc.
•	Conduct site visit to home & workplace address to confirm information is accurate. Any other clerical work as and when required.
