2. What kind of products does
Courts Mammoth offer? |

Courts Mammoth
household items are divided into two product divisions - Furniture
and electrical. Within its furniture division, Courts Mammoth
offers nearly 2,000 items, from sofa sets, bedroom sets, beds
and occasionals. As for the electrical division, it offers more
than 2,000 leading brand names and latest models of household
products such as televisions, videocassette recorders (VCR),
digital versatile disc players (DVD), digital cameras, home
theater systems, washing machines, fridges, air-conditioners
and many others. Famous brand names featured in Courts Mammoth's
product ranges include SweetDream, King Koil, Panasonic, Pensonic,
Sony, Panasonic, JVC, Philips, Toshiba, Elba, Sharp, Pioneer,
Zanussi, Samsung, Electrolux and Canon. |

3. What are the maximum requirements
for obtaining credit? |

Courts Mammoth
offers a comprehensive credit service that caters to every member
of the community. Our credit facility is open to everyone who
has a regular income and the customer basically needs to present
his identification card and proof of income to get credit instantly. |

4. Does Courts Mammoth
offer cash discounts? |
|
| |
We do have substantial
cash business and indeed, we do offer discount for cash sales. |

5. What is Courts Options? |
|
| |
Courts Options - The first credit plan to be launched in Malaysia bringing better value and more benefits to customers. Three credit packages are available for customers to choose from-Courts Options Gold, Silver or Bronze. The value-added benefits coverage on loss of life and/or property, hospitalization and retrenchment.

6. Do we have to provide a
guarantor for credit purchases? |

Courts Mammoth
does not request a guarantor for credit purchases by customers.
However, we do request for two references for our record purposes.

7. How are monthly instalments
paid? |

8. How frequently do I have to pay if I buy on
credit?

choose to settle their instalments every week or every month. |

9. Does Courts Mammoth install
the products we purchase? |
|

Courts Mammoth
installs furniture and electrical products for our customers
free of charge. However free installation does not applicable for air-conditioning units, outdoor TV antennas and water heaters. |
