Courts Megastore Mutiara Damansara is now open at Mutiara Damansara, Selangor. Courts Megastore Mutiara Damansara outlet feature innovative consumer electronics and new home furnishing concepts. Courts Megastore Mutiara Damansara concept is targeted at the urban consumer's evolving tastes and needs in consumer electronics and home furnishing, as well as to appeal to a broader market who may not be aware of Courts' offer.

Similar to the format of Courts Megastore Singapore that was recently honoured with the Singapore Retail Interior Award for Best Visual Merchandising Solution, Courts Megastore Mutiara Damansara incorporate the following elements:

A) Value retail

Courts Megastore’s Market Hall on the ground floor fully dedicated to value retail and in-house special promotions and exclusive offers. This is about getting the right product, at the right price, at the right time!

Among the new concept corners are:

	•	*Hot off the Docks* where products are literally brought straight into the store once the shipment arrives! Designed to look like a dock with containers, pallets stacked up for easy customer reach on the shopfloor

	•	*Countdown Corner* feature offers that are available for a limited period. A countdown timer shows the time left for customers to get the ‘hot’ items

Moving up one level, a 70-meter television wall showcase the largest selection of plasma TVs in Malaysia and serve as the backdrop for Courts’ technology floor. It also showcase among other things unseen anywhere else, the largest flat panel TV (103 inch) and the most recently launched slimmest (1 inch) flat panel TV in Malaysia. With such an extensive range, customers will be able to enjoy a truly cinematic experience whilst shopping for vision products. At the same time, they can expect to test and try out the latest electronics and IT gadgets on display. Courts Megastore also offer a huge range of ‘pro-sumer’ cameras and accessories, which are meant for avid photographers.

More than just providing a place to shop for consumer electronics, another new service offered at Courts Megastore is Dr. Digital, which provides impartial technical advice and solutions to busy consumers. Dr. Digital’s ‘doctors’ are professional IT and technical consultants who are on-hand to detect and trouble-shoot IT problems and provide customers with “prescriptions”. Dr. Digital provides a truly unique service or “Health Plan” package including packages like Dr. Health – Customised health plan, Dr. Connect – Resolving network issues, Dr. Consultation – Servicing PCs made easy, Dr. Pharmacy – Providing perfect parts and accessories, Dr. Intensive Care – Repairing gadgets, Dr. Revitalisation – Gadgets upgrades, Diagnosis, prescription & treatment, amongst others.

Moving to the 2nd floor to the furniture division, Courts gives customers a whole new experience of selecting and customising furniture.

Adding to an already extensive selection of home furnishings is the Made-to-order range, the widest range of Made-To-Order sofas in Malaysia with a mega choice of up to 25,000 different designs and colours, in fabric and leather. The choice is the customers!

Sleep Clinic

Sleep Clinic offers expert independent consultation by a 'sleep specialist' on the best and most comfortable solutions for a customer's sleeping needs by helping customers pick the right size, style and firmness for one's new mattress to give that perfect fit and, a comfortable and good night's sleep. Courts Megastore's sleep clinic will feature top bedding brands and exclusive deals not found anywhere else.

Exclusivity

Also available for the first time in Malaysia exclusively at Courts Megastore is the new Dorma range of custom-made sofas and luxury bedding. Dorma bed wear are of the highest quality and offers a host of designs to suit different tastes; from modern simple abstract to elegant floral and sophisticated classical..

Courts Megastore will boast Concept Kitchen where ‘live’ cooking demonstrations will be held to provide customers with ideas and inspiration to prepare mouth-watering dishes! A year-long calendar will be in place and will include having celebrity chefs grace the store.

For busy urbanites that lead hectic lifestyles, Courts Megastore will be an easy-to-navigate store with ample parking for over 150 cars.

Parents can enjoy their retail therapy without worry, a Wizkidz play area for children between four and 10 years old will have the latest computer games and Internet-ready PCs to keep the young ones occupied. The child-friendly Wizkidz feature a children’s theatre.

And for customers who want to upgrade their skills or to familiarize themselves with their new gadgets, workshops will be organized from time to time for just this purpose.
