	What is Courts Instant Replacement?


	Courts Instant Replacement gives you full protection on all electric appliances purchased up to RM599*. Whether it’s a rice cooker or a mini hi-fi, if it breaks down or stops working, we will simply replace it with a new one. With our Instant Replacement Plan, which is only a few sen a month, you can purchase any product with total peace of mind. It also extends your warranty to 1 or 2 extra years!

	*	Subject to Terms and Conditions. Excludes CTVs, refrigerators, washing machines and home showers.

How does Courts
INSTANT REPLACEMENT PLAN work?

If your product is defective, just follow these 5 easy steps:

1	Refer to the “User Guide” from the manufacturer to diagnose the problem. This is to ensure that the source of the problem is not something that can be self-repaired such as a burnt fuse, control settings or a filter that need cleaning.

2	If the problem still persists, bring your product back to the nearest Courts branch along with the receipt and the Terms and Conditions document.

3	Courts will verify the coverage under the Instant Replacement Plan and identify the defective function of the product.

4	You will receive a replacement for the defective product.

5	The product with defects is no longer your problem and belongs to Courts.

What does Courts
INSTANT REPLACEMENT PLAN cover?

The Courts Instant Replacement Plan is designed to give you comprehensive cover to meet the exact needs of your new Courts purchase such as:


	All portable products worth below RM599 excluding CTVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines and Home Showers.#

	In the event that your product breaks down within the Instant Replacement Plan coverage period (2nd & 3rd year) due to mechanical or electrical failure, Courts will replace it with an equivalent model.##

#	Instant Replacement Plan does not cover home service. All defective products must be brought to a Courts store.
##	Subject to terms and conditions

Bagaimanakah
Pelan Gantian Segera ini berfungsi?

Jika produk yang dibeli rosak, cuma ikut lima langkah mudah yang berikut:

1	Rujuk kepada “Panduan Pemilik” daripada pihak pengilang untuk mendapatkan panduan penyelesaian. Ini adalah untuk memastikan bahawa masalah bukan berpunca daripada sesuatu yang anda boleh perbaiki sendiri dengan mudah seperti fius terbakar, penyesuaian kawalan ataupun halangan yang perlu dibersihkan.

2	Jika masalah masih berterusan, bawa produk anda ke cawangan Courts yang berhampiran bersama dengan resit jualan Pelan Gantian Segera dengan dokumen Syarat dan Terma.

3	Courts akan mengesahkan perlindungan Pelan Gantian Segera dan mengenalpasti kegagalan funsi produk.

4	Anda akan menerima produk yang baru sebagai tukaran kepada produk yang lama yang rosak.

5	Produk lama yang rosak menjadi kepunyaan Courts.

Pelan Gantian Segera Courts direka khas untuk memberi anda perlindungan menyeluruh untuk pembelian baru anda dari Courts seperti:


	Semua produk mudah-alih bernilai kurang dari RM599, tidak termasuk TV, Peti Sejuk, Mesin Basuh dan Set Pancuran Mandian.#

	Jika produk anda rosak di dalam jangkamasa Pelan Gantian Segera (tahun ke-2 & ke-3) atas sebab-sebab mekanikal atau elektrikal, Courts akan menggantikannya dengan model yang berpadanan.##

#	Pelan Gantian Segera tidak meliputi perkhidmatan ke rumah. Semua produk yang rodak hendaklah dibawa ke cawangan Courts.
