Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Updates

To all Samsung Galaxy Note 7 owners:

  • 1) Please power down your Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and participate in the exchange/refund program immediately.
  • 2) Do not bring your Samsung Galaxy Note 7 device in carry-on or checked in baggage on flights. Call 1800-88-7799 for assistance.

Steps to exchange or re-select another model for the replacement of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7:-

  • 1) Exchange to Samsung S7 Edge (Rebate of RM300) or
  • 2) Re-selection of another model/brand

Exchange to Samsung S7 Edge (Rebate of RM300)

  • 1) For the exchange to Samsung S7 Edge, please indicate the preferred colour (Black, Gold or Silver)
  • 2) Nominate a preferred store for the exchange
  • 3) Once the stock is available at the chosen store, a Courts Staff will be in touch for the arrangement of the exchange
  • 4) Return the box and the main unit of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7
  • 5) Bring along a bank statement and IC. Courts Staff will make a photocopy of both documents. The documents will be used for the RM300 rebate transaction.
  • 6) Courts Staff will raise the revised documents
  • 7) Fill up the Courts Samsung Galaxy Note 7 for Samsung S7 Edge Acknowledgement letter (at branches that the customer chooses)
  • 8) You will receive the new Samsung S7 Edge

RE-SELECTION OF ANOTHER BRAND/MODEL:

  • 1) If you agree to re-select other brands/models, please indicate the brand, model and preferred colour.
  • 2) Nominate a preferred store for the exchange
  • 3) Once the stock is available at the chosen store, a Courts Staff will be in touch for the arrangement of the exchange
  • 4) Return the box and the main unit of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7
  • 5) Bring along a bank statement and IC. Courts Staff will make a photocopy of both documents
  • 6) Please top up the amount, if you are to select a higher priced model as compared to the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7
  • 7) Courts Staff will raise the revised documents
  • 8) You will receive your new selected model/brand.
