HOMECLUB is reward program owned and managed by COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The HOMECLUB is issued and operated by COURTS, and it is only applicable at all COURTS & NOJIMA Stores in Malaysia.

 

 

REWARD POINTS PROGRAM T&C

  1. Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia and Non-Malaysia aged 18 years and above; by using NRIC / Passport No to register.
  2. The HomeClub Loyalty Programme is only applicable at all COURTS and Nojima stores nationwide.
  3. You can register at the store by scanning the QR Code without any registration fee or register online (courts.com.my).
  4. The Home Club card is not a credit card nor charge card.
  5. When you join our HomeClub Loyalty Programme, you would or have provided your personal data. Such personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, date of birth and other details. By joining our HomeClub Loyalty Programme you hereby consent to and expressly authorize the collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other forms, of your personal data by COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for any or all the following purposes (“Purpose(s)”):
    1. performing obligations in the course of or in connection with the supply of goods and/or services as requested by you;
    2. verifying your identity;
    3. responding to, handling and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints and feedback from you;
    4. managing the customer relationship.
    5. sending marketing information about the goods or services including notifying you of marketing events, initiatives and promotions, membership, rewards schemes, and other promotions.
    6. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, court order or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority.
    7. any other purposes for which you have provided the information.
    8. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including third party service providers for and agents of COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd; and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Malaysia or abroad, for the purposes; and
    9. any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.
  6. Members shall provide/present their mobile numbers to the cashier at any of the COURTS or Nojima stores BEFORE scanning of the purchase product(s) in order to earn or redeem Reward Points.
  7. COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend or terminate this programme at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd shall give advance notice to all members in the manner COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd deems appropriate.
  8. COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend the HomeClub Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing HomeClub Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.
  9. Any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
  10. If COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is merged or acquired by another entity, the personal data may be transferred to such entity as a part of the merger or acquisition.
  11. The Reward Points collection entitlement in the System is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  12. Reward Points accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items.
  13. Reward Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/ or not for sale to any other persons.
  14. The Points used to redeem items in this Redemption Programme are Points earned by the Courts Home Club Customer from retail purchases made for purposes of personal consumption only, i.e. nonbusiness and non-commercial related consumption only. Management reserves the right not to award Points on retail spending which Courts deems to be purchases made for business and commercial purposes using the Home Club.
  15. Upon COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd acceptance of the redemption order, members shall not revoke, cancel, return or exchange the gift redemption item(s).Members can visit COURTS website courts.com.my or Nojima counter to check their Reward Points balance.
  16. COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemable item(s) if COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has any reason to suspect the Points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.
  17. COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to adjust the points tiers or requirements, as well as a substitute or replace item(s) with item(s) of similar or equivalent value without prior notice.
  18. COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deduct / hold the balance of a member’s points accumulation in the event that:-
    1. any Point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded.
    2. any Point is recorded in error; or
    3. any Point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given
    4. any Point related to a transaction in arrears for more than 90 days
  19. If an account holder is found to be or permitting the abusing and/or breaching of the terms and conditions herein, COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend any Points without prior notice.
  20. Account holder(s) can choose to leave the HomeClub Loyalty Programme at any time. By leaving the HomeClub Loyalty Programme, account holder(s) waive the right to any Reward Points already accrued or issued.
  21. All decisions by COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
  22. All terms and conditions herein shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

 

 

Points Collection T&C

  1. Every Hundred Ringgit (RM100) spent (excluding any payable statutory tax) in any COURTS stores shall be converted to 1 point. 1 point is as good as value = RM1.00.
  2. Points expiry date: 1 year from the year points have been accumulated. Points that are going to expire cannot be carried forward or transferred to another account. HomeClub Members are advised to utilise their points before the points expired. Points expiry will be extended to another year when any new transaction is made.
    1. g. Points for purchases made in December 2021 will expire on 31 December 2022.
  3. HomeClub points accumulation will be automatically recorded or updated by the next day. (after 24 hours)
  4. The HomeClub points shall be taking into account as point’s collection after reduction of discount / rebates or any other forms of deduction from the purchases made.
  5. COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and each third party will ensure the data processed for all the purposes described herein is in accordance with the security requirement of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and shall only retain the data as long as necessary in order to fulfil its purpose of processing the data in accordance with each other and is responsible for the secure destruction of data when retention of data is no longer needed or necessary.
  6. The following items are not included in the points’ calculation:
    1. Purchases of COURTS Gift Vouchers
    2. Delivery Charges & Service Charges
    3. Easy Payment
    4. Payable Goods and Services (“GST”)
    5. Clearance Sale, Display items, PWP Products and Free Gifts.
  7. Any dispute regarding the HomeClub points and services can be directed to COURTS Customer Service line within seven (7) days of the said dispute.
  8. If product(s) purchased at the COURTS stores are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given, COURTS is entitled to reverse the HomeClub points earned.
  9. It applies to exchange of product(s), unless the exchange is for product(s) with an equivalent value.

 

 

Points Redemption T&C

  1. Conversion Rate 10 points = RM10 (Ringgit Malaysia) (e.g If you want to purchase Item X at RM150, you can use 100 points to convert to RM100 & the balance of RM50 can be paid in cash or credit card).
  2. Redemption comes in denomination of RM10 (Ringgit Malaysia).
  3. HomeClub members can utilise their points upon purchase at cashier counter.
  4. HomeClub Members may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and utilise their points at a later time.
  5. During the redemption of the points, HomeClub Members shall be required to present their valid MyKad or valid passport to the cashier to offset their purchases with the points.
  6. If HomeClub Member fails to provide the above, COURTS shall reserve its right not to proceed with the points deduction on the said HomeClub.
  7. In the event any suspect of any fraudulent activities related to the HomeClub member account, COURTS has the absolute discretion to reject or refuse to process any of the redemption request made by HomeClub Members.
