1. INSTANT BENEFITS
Note: Cannot be utilized if there are any arrears or outstanding sums under the CSA Concerned or Services Agreement. Not transferable and applicable for this account only.
1.1 Processing Fee of RM47 will be waived for the Credit Sale Agreement to be entered into between Purchaser and Courts for goods which the Purchaser intends to purchase on credit (“CSA Concerned”).
Note: Valid with any number of goods with a total minimum CSA Concerned value of RM1,000 & above. Void if not utilized or if not applicable. Not transferable .
1.2 Delivery charge for Goods purchased in CSA Concerned will be waived.
  • Electrical/ Digital Items: RM70 – waived
  • Furniture Items: RM103 – waived

    • Note: Valid with any number of goods purchased with a total minimum CSA Concerned value of RM1,000 & above. Void if not utilized or if not applicable. Not transferable.
    1.3 Discount installation charge for Air Conditioner purchased in CSA Concerned value of RM1,000 & above.
  • Air Conditioner RM1,000 – RM1,999.99: Discount RM50
  • Air Conditioner RM2,000 & above: Discount RM100

    2. INSTALMENT WAIVER BENEFITS
    Note: Subject to Standard Terms & Conditions Governing Instalment Waiver Benefits set out below
    Damage to Goods (Damage Event)
    • Maximum waiver RM30,000 for any one item
    • Maximum waiver RM80,000 per CSA Concerned
    Loss of Life (Demise Event)
    • Maximum waiver RM30,000 for any one item
    • Maximum waiver RM60,000 notwithstanding more than one CSA Concerned
    Hospitalization (Hospitalization Event)
    • Maximum waiver of three (3) instalments of maximum RM1,000 per instalment
    Retrenchment (Involuntary Unemployment Event)
    • Maximum waiver of 12 instalments of maximum RM1,000 per instalment

    REPAIR SERVICE COVER:
  • Repairs up until purchase price
  • Damage to frame caused by wrap & breakage
  • Bending and breakage of metal components
  • Separation of seams or breakage of threads
  • Damage to mechanical or electrical parts like broken zips, castors and buttons
  • Lifting or peeling of the genuine external leather finishing
