• Participants have to comment the answer (given by the rules and conditions of respective contests).

2.3 Contest winners will be announced on COURTS Malaysia social media pages. The winner is required to send a private message to COURTS Malaysia (FB/IG) in order to obtain further guidance for prize redemption.

• The winners will be contacted by Radiant via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate after. If Radiant does not receive a response from the winner within 7 days from the time and date of winner announcement, COURTS Malaysia reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry.
• Once details have been confirmed, COURTS Malaysia will arrange delivery of prize to the COURTS Store nearby the respective winners.
2.4 Each winner will only be entitled to win only 1 unit of the prize item.



3. Rights of the Organizer

3.1 If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, COURTS Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest and select the winners at its sole discretion and disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or violated the rules.

3.2 All participants entering this contest agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by COURTS Malaysia.

3.3 COURTS Malaysia reserves the right to:


• Substitute the prize with others of similar value without prior notice.
• Use your image for marketing, advertising and/or related purposes.
• Publish winners’ personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice and amend or revise some or all the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

• The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. All information obtained is solely provided to the Organizer, and not to Facebook.
• In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified Facebook but the organizer decision will be final.

HOMECLUB is reward program owned and managed by COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The HOMECLUB is issued and operated by COURTS, and it is only applicable at all COURTS & NOJIMA Stores in Malaysia.

1) Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia and Non-Malaysia aged 18 years and above; by using NRIC / Passport No to register.

2) The HomeClub Loyalty Programme is only applicable at all COURTS and Nojima stores nationwide.

3) You can register at the store by scanning the QR Code without any registration fee or register online

4) The Home Club card is not a credit card nor charge card.

5) When you join our HomeClub Loyalty Programme, you would or have provided your personal data. Such personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, date of birth and other details. By joining our HomeClub Loyalty Programme you hereby consent to and expressly authorize the collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other forms, of your personal data by COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for any or all the following purposes (“Purpose(s)”):

• performing obligations in the course of or in connection with the supply of goods and/or services as requested by you;

verifying your identity;

responding to, handling and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints and feedback from you;

managing the customer relationship.

sending marketing information about the goods or services including notifying you of marketing events, initiatives and promotions, membership, rewards schemes, and other promotions.

complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, court order or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority.

any other purposes for which you have provided the information.

transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including third party service providers for and agents of COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd; and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Malaysia or abroad, for the purposes; and

any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

< 6) Members shall provide/present their mobile numbers to the cashier at any of the COURTS or Nojima stores BEFORE scanning of the purchase product(s) in order to earn or redeem Reward Points.

7) COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to suspend or terminate this programme at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd shall give advance notice to all members in the manner COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd deems appropriate.

8) COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend the HomeClub Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing HomeClub Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.

9) Any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.

10) If COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is merged or acquired by another entity, the personal data may be transferred to such entity as a part of the merger or acquisition.

11) The Reward Points collection entitlement in the System is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

12) Reward Points accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items.

13) Reward Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/ or not for sale to any other persons.

14) The Points used to redeem items in this Redemption Programme are Points earned by the Courts Home Club Customer from retail purchases made for purposes of personal consumption only, i.e. nonbusiness and non-commercial related consumption only. Management reserves the right not to award Points on retail spending which Courts deems to be purchases made for business and commercial purposes using the Home Club.

15) Upon COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd acceptance of the redemption order, members shall not revoke, cancel, return or exchange the gift redemption item(s).Members can visit COURTS website www.courts.com.my or Nojima counter to check their Reward Points balance.

16) COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemable item(s) if COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has any reason to suspect the Points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.

17) COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to adjust the points tiers or requirements, as well as a substitute or replace item(s) with item(s) of similar or equivalent value without prior notice.

18) COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deduct / hold the balance of a member’s points accumulation in the event that:-

• any Point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded.

any Point is recorded in error; or

any Point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given

d. any Point related to a transaction in arrears for more than 90 days

19) If an account holder is found to be or permitting the abusing and/or breaching of the terms and conditions herein, COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend any Points without prior notice.

20) Account holder(s) can choose to leave the HomeClub Loyalty Programme at any time. By leaving the HomeClub Loyalty Programme, account holder(s) waive the right to any Reward Points already accrued or issued.

21) All decisions by COURTS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.

22) All terms and conditions herein shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Product of choice up to RM1,000 valid with purchases of RM2,000 & above through the 60-months EZ Payment plan.

2) The monthly instalment price is after the EZ Value discount based on a term charge of 1.25% for 60 months (36 months for mobile) on selected products.

3) All credit offers only valid for HomeClub member only.

4) Not valid with any other credit offers. All credit offers only valid with Purchase of Platinum Package and Extended Guarantee.

5) Courts reserves the right to make any amendments temporarily or permanently on the Credit Terms and Condition from time to time with or without notice.

6) All free gifts are limited.

7) All prices and information are valid at time of print.

8) PWP, Free Gifts and discounts offered are not valid for out-of-stock products and discontinued products.

9) Each “Low Cost product is limited to 1 purchase per customer.

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms & conditions:

1) The Contest starts from 29 December 2022 – 25 January 2023 at all COURTS nationwide stores and online store.

2) This Contest is open to all customers aged 18 years and above at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, family members, participating suppliers, agencies, dealers, service providers and/or interested persons connected to COURTS or its affiliated companies are strictly prohibited from participating in this contest.

3) Customer who made minimum purchase of RM1,500 on any SHARPS products in a single receipt during the campaign period will be entitled to join the contest automatically.

4) Valid for Cash & Credit sales type.

5) Valid for purchase during HomeClub Members Day (within the contest period).

6) Prizes for winners:

• Grand Prize: 1 X Courts cash voucher worth RM5,888 (valid for purchase of Electrical & Furniture product.
• Runner-up winner: 24 X Courts cash voucher worth RM388 (valid for purchase of Electrical & Furniture product.

7) Winner Announcement & Verification

• Runner-up winners will be selected on a weekly basis.
• Grand Prize winner will be selected at the end of the campaign
• COURTS reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
• Prizes awarded to winners are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other item and cannot be resold or offered for resale. Unless otherwise approved by COURTS, the prize is not transferable. If the winner chooses not to accept the prize for any reason, there will be no compensation offered. Winners are entitled to one (1) prize only during the Contest period.
• Winners will be contacted through SMS or Whatsapp for detailed verification purposes. Winners will be required to provide full name (as per IC), contact number, IC number, email address and store to redeem the prize at. Winners shall provide original verification documents eg identity card.
• If a participant is not contactable within seven (7) working days of being notified, COURTS reserves the right to disqualify the participant’s eligibility and the next qualified participant will be selected.
• Winners are solely responsible for the collection of the prize based on the notice of the prize collection. All unclaimed prizes after the collection period, will be forfeited and COURTS shall re-select the winners.
• A selected winner may be required to provide proof of identification to COURTS when claiming a prize or otherwise in connection with this contest to facilitate accurate identification of a winner.
8) COURTS reserves all rights to publish photographs or digital recordings taken during the contest and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and exclusively for the purpose of publicity, advertising or trade.

9) COURTS is allowed to collect, use, and disclose participant’s personal data to any third party, all personal data of the participants provided by the participants pursuant to this Contest for any and all purposes relating to this Contest and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of COURTS Malaysia including, without limitation for the running of this Contest and or any event or publicity of the Contest in any form or through any media without additional compensation, notification or permission.

10) COURTS reserves the absolute rights to change, amend, delete, or add to the Contest terms and conditions without prior notice and at any time.
