COURTS PRIVACY POLICY FOR VIRTUAL
ASSTANCE SUPPORT SERVICE

Unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy adopts the terms and definitions of the Virtual Assistance Support Service.
COURTS (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“COURTS” or “we”) respects and protects the
privacy of Customers who purchase and use our Virtual Assistance Support Service (“you”).
COURTS knows that you care how Personal Data about you is used and shared. By requesting for our Virtual Assistance Support Service , you agree that we may store, process, disclose and use Personal Data collected from you for the purposes of providing you with the Virtual Assistance Support Service.
This Privacy Policy sets out what Personal Data we collect and how we use
it in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).
Without obtaining our customers' consent, COURTS will not tamper with customers' browsers or computers.

2. A WORD ABOUT CHILDREN
COURTS does not knowingly sell products for purchase by children under the age of 18 years old. We sell children's products for purchase by adults.
3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES COURTS COLLECT?
We generally do not collect your Personal Data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorised by you to disclose your Personal Data to us (your “authorised representative”) after (i) you (or your authorised representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorised representative) have provided written consent to the collection and usage of your Personal Data for those purposes, or (b) collection and use of Personal Data without consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws.
The categories of Personal Data that we may collect about you include:
3.1 Personal Data that you provide to us when you purchase or request the Virtual Assistance Support Service or register as a Customer with COURTS. This Personal Data will include your name, your address, your contact information (including your phone number and email address), and your payment information (and other kinds of relevant Personal Data). If you choose not to provide certain Personal Data to COURTS, this might limit our ability to provide certain features to you. You will be informed what Personal Data is required and what Personal Data is optional.
· where Personal Data is displayed on the device during trouble-shooting or diagnosis;
· where we access a folder containing Personal Data while having remote control during trouble-shooting or assisting with data backup;
· where you request assistance with inputting your email account details, including email password / OTP, or configuring your email account. We generally advise you to attempt to input your email account details yourself as a priority. We may input your email account details for you in exceptional cases and only where we receive your permission to do so. In such instances, please change your password as soon as possible, if you have disclosed this.
Wherever possible, please avoid disclosing Personal Data to us unnecessarily during the performance of the Virtual Assistance Support Service. In particular, please ensure that the Personal Data of any other third party is not disclosed to us.
We also recommend that you back up the data on your device first, before requesting for Virtual Assistance Support Services, in particular, where it involves resetting or reformatting of the system.
We also record your device’s screen during the provision of the Virtual Assistance Support Services.
3.3 Personal Data provided during telephone calls, virtual calls, or other consultation services Telephone calls made to any of COURTS’ companies and/or service hotlines and/or inquiry telephone numbers, and virtual calls and/or virtual consultation services for the Virtual Assistance Support Service, may be recorded, for the purposes of quality control, appraisal, as well as staff management, training and development to enable COURTS to develop, deliver and improve our products and services.
3.4 Personal information you provide to us via e-mail. We often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from COURTS if your e-mail provider supports such capabilities. You may also provide us with personal information in the content of e-mails you send to us, as part of your day-to-day interactions with COURTS.
3.5 Personal information from other sources. From time to time we may receive information about you from other sources, for example from other Customers.
