CRITERIA FOR PRICE MATCH
Q: The product must be exactly the same?
Yes, we will price match on a “Like-for-Like” basis on the same product brand & model including prevailing tax (if any), manufacturer’s warranty and same payment method as well as mode of delivery. We will not price match for “export set” which do not come with local warranty.
Q: Who are considered our competitors?
All local retail chain competitors who are authorised to sell a new, factory-sealed product with a local warranty.
Q: How do I request a price match from COURTS store?
To price match, customers can go to any COURTS store and show us the lower price from competitor. The competitors’ price must still be in effect on the day of purchase..
Q: How do I show “proof of price”?
The best way to show proof of price is to bring in a picture of competitor’s price tag, competitor’s advertisement and / or catalogue to facilitate the price match. COURTS will have the absolute discretion on the review and verification of the price match.
Q: What if the competitor does not have the product in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
The product will not be eligible for price matching.
